One
of our customers
approached us for
a wine tasting evening for her husband's birthday.
Knowing that the guests are very well-educated in wine,
we arranged to have John Schreiner to lead the evening
and secured a number to well-cellared wines, such as
Freemark Abbey Cabernet Sauvignon Bosche 1997, Chateau
Clerc Milon 1998, Mission Hill Occulus 2000, and
CedarCreek Platinum Pinot Noir 2002.

A customer wished to find a bottle of 40-year-old
Port for her friend’s Big 40. We did, and presented it
in a lovely gift basket.

One
of our customers inherited some vintage wines, including
Chateau Lafite-Rothschild (double magnum),
Chateau
Mouton Baronne Philippe, Dom Perignon, and Opus One.
Since he felt that he would not appreciate them as much
as some others might, we helped him to find the
appropriate connoisseurs. A win-win for both.

special request called for some Icewines as
thank you gifts to clients in the USA. We managed to
satisfy the request and made the clients very happy.

of our customers was in Phuket when the
Tsunami hit. Upon his return, he approached us for
a fundraiser. Within one week, we organised a
fundraising evening with 200 people attended
and $10,000 raised for World Vision.
